The project has been jointly funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and was managed by the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC), with the Centre also being its Implementing Entity. Significant inputs for the project were received from the Caribbean Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (CIMH).
