CSR (Cor­po­rate Social Respon­si­bil­i­ty) met­ric devel­op­ment and analy­sis of com­pa­ny CSR data.

A large ener­gy com­pa­ny was devel­op­ing their first CSR pro­gram and asked DE to help with cre­at­ing met­rics and also ana­lyz­ing the data that cor­re­spond­ed to those met­rics. This project drew upon DE’s expe­ri­ence in envi­ron­men­tal man­age­ment, strat­e­gy, and com­mu­ni­ca­tions. Met­rics were devel­oped based on GRI (Glob­al Report­ing Ini­tia­tive) stan­dards as well as indus­try stan­dards.
