DE Pres­i­dent attends COP21 to attend side events focused on cli­mate change adap­ta­tion and dis­as­ter risk man­age­ment. The new Paris Agree­ment is a wel­come step for­ward and the DE team looks for­ward to fur­ther con­tribut­ing to this agen­da.
