The government of Antigua and Barbuda launched their NEIS (National Environmental Information System) and NRI (Natural Resource Inventory) to support their reporting to MEAs (Multilateral Environmental Agreements). DE and Caribbean partner, MGI, were selected to conceptualize and build the linked systems.

The country has celebrated the launch of this new platform as it will provide critical information to support safeguarding the remarkable natural heritage that Antigua and Barbuda possesses.

The platform features publicly accessible GIS-based maps, delivered using open source software (GeoNode). This will allow citizens and the wider public to see environmental data for Antigua and Barbuda.
